About Patricia McCann

As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson my goal is to provide the best experience possible for my clients. The tools I have access to with Signature Premier Properties allow me to stay updated in all aspects of real estate. Having bought 3 homes myself, I know how stressful it can be. Buying, selling, or renting a home, even if not for the first time, can be an exciting change in a person’s life, I’d like to help yours be a smooth and positive transition, and to develop strong relationships along the way.

Hampton Bays has been my hometown for over 25 years. Originally from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, I ventured to the “Hamptons” in 1990. I put my first degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management to good use. I worked in the hospitality industry while renting in the different towns and soaking in all the wonderful places and things to do and see. I learned how important it was to work hard, be honest, to pay attention to detail and read the situation to provide not only great service to people, but to provide a great experience. These attributes led to great relationships that I still enjoy today. I then went back to school and earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Physical Therapy. My career as a PT has made me a strong, caring, and compassionate person who has always gone the extra mile for my clients. I have learned to listen to people, to focus on their needs and create a plan to address them. That is what I bring with me to real estate and what I’d like to bring to you.

When I’m not working my passion is walking, alone or with my dog, I walk all over the local neighborhoods to see what’s changing, what’s staying the same. I love going over the Ponquogue Bridge, taking in the beauty that is all around, the bays, the ocean, the restaurants, and of course, the people.
